Red dirt has turned into red mud. I know, brilliant observation. The red mud is super slippery , sticky and stains. I keep telling my kids to go around the red mud and walk on the normal gravely kind. It reminds me of Spring time in the Canadian Prairie when all the snow melts and our world becomes mud (and our kids become little mud monsters).

Because we rarely ever get rain and never this amount of rain...there are a lot of leaky roofs that aren't discovered until its too late.
